· Forming a mass horizontally spread that is planned in a harmony with the topography
· Organizing social life issue without moving away from the scale of human
· Designing continuous open spaces defined between masses to revive neighborhood life again
· Creating a pedestrian-friendly environment
· Providing continuity of green areas
· Creating an alley touching the water edge starting from the north end of the land, organized with social and commercial activities on itself
· Creating an attractive linear area on the part of the land becoming a valley for the whole site by highlighting the water
· Suggesting emptied masses vertically stretched and providing pedestrian movement on the ground so that it will answer the demand of high floor area ratio rather than multi-storey building solutions
· Providing positive open area organization with the fusion of two different housing typology intersecting each other perpendicularly in different levels.
