The goal is to find an ideal solution between the urban space needed by the structure because of the high-density public functions it contains and the low floor space and the terrain conditions that force this space to be created, such as compacted parcels. The ground floor area of about 1500 m2, which gave a back to the residential parcels that could be called adjacent to each other, was surrounded by pavements on the other walls. The problem of creating large defined open spaces for a structure with a peak number of 1,500 users has been overcome by mass-articulation and rearrangement of pedestrian-road traffic.
The volume of 30 meters high, obtained by raising the boundaries of the land, has been evacuated to the extent that the spatial openness of the intended spatial organization can expand the urban open space as far as it comes into contact with the ground. It has a geometry that extends upward from the discharge floor. These spaces also describe the entries and are directly proportional to the hierarchy of entries (master entry, event center entry, artist, and service entry) of the build volume hierarchies. Sloped surfaces are transported by carriers parallel to the surfaces. These carriers are connected with the vertical carrier webs on which the surface is laid.
The per capita volume is taken as the primary design parameter to determine the functions or program to be carried out in space. The volume for the theater venues where the functions of the talking will be carried out is planned to be 4 m3, and for the places where the music is on the foreground, the volume per 6 m3 person is foreseen. It is suggested that this value for operators should be between 6 m3 and 8 m3 per person and between 10-12 m3 in concert halls where symphonic works will be performed. Where the designed space volume does not meet the specified values, the necessary resonance properties can be adjusted by changing the volume of the spaces or by changing the sound absorption characteristics, areas and capacities of the surfaces in the room.
