In the wake of the requests of employer and urban analyzes, the program list is created. The optimum settlement area is defined by considering the trees within the construction allowance. It is decided to take entrance at different levels on sloping land. The main spaces and circulation areas form the facade and mass articulation. The library is placed on top of the composition as a mass of information. The landscape is created with the platforms located at different elevations and their distribution over the land. The interior volumes are designed to design spaces that can serve flexibly to different uses.
