The main elements that give character to the architectural language of the design are fragmented surfaces on the roofs considering the climatic inputs. At the same time, this movement makes familiar the building with the environment.
There are two main functions in the project, kindergarten and cultural center. The building consists of a single floor. A common technical center was established in the basement of the Cultural Center.
